Founded as the Australian Emerald Company NL in NSW in 1985, it became Genesis Resources in 1990 and is a small exploration company, with interests in gold and (formerly ?) minor attention on uranium. It attempted to develop a Joint Venture project at Alligator Rivers in Arnhem Land, NT, with Ocean Resources, and PNC Exploration, but withdrew during early 1998. Appears to be closely allied with Ocean Resources, sharing the same offices and executive director. It changed name again to Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL in November 1999 and appears to have completely forgotten about the uranium 'pipedream' (perhaps a more sobering view of reality ?).
